Good location
Really a basement suite - bit damp - borderline comfortable

Francisco and Custódia were the best hosts we have ever met! Our room was very clean, and had everything we needed. The location was nice. Francisco was very helpful. He not only gave us restaurant recommendations, but made the reservation for us, and he and his wife drove us there. When he heard that my husband liked wine, he gave him a bottle of his favorite and wrote down the wineries we could visit throughout Portugal. The breakfast was wonderful with an overabundance of local pastries, meats, breads, cheeses and fruit. We had a pleasant time staying at the Villa Estefânia and we will definitely come back again.

Amazing stay! Charming Vila in a quiet neighborhood within easy walking distance to the historical center. Super friendly, helpful, and gracious hosts! Clean and well maintained! Delicious breakfast! Stay in Sintra instead of a half day visit. You won’t regret it. This is a great place for your stay.

Great location. Clean
Small bathroom with a small shower. Need to be careful about water. Air conditioner in room but hard to find the controls. Mattress on one side had issues.
