The location is stunning, cery decent breakfast too.
Its an old building so quite difficult to maintain but the beauty of the place in general tops everything

Breakfast was excellent. The staff went out of their way to help. We were so grateful to them.
They also recommended very good restaurants.
We had trouble finding the hotel but that may have been our fault.

location is superb, beautiful garden, nice pool, right in the heart of sintra. Nice breakfast too. All restaurants on walking distance (couple of hundred meters) also old town on walking distance
Whilst the location is perfect, the rooms are not in sync with the beautiful setting of this place. The mattresses are not very comfortable and also the air circulation is missing, also in the bathroom which gives a bit of damp atmosphere.

The location Is excellent, you are in town but in a large garden, so it's very quiet.
The pool was in a very bad state, with tiles coming away and sharp edges. The person we spoke to said the pool would be drained after the season and then repaired. The whole pool area needs a facelift and some beach umbrellas need to be provided for shade.
