This historic property provides an exceptional environment, supported by a professional and attentive staff. The grounds are meticulously maintained, and the location is highly advantageous. The facilities feature marble flooring, spacious luxury bathrooms, and evening entertainment on certain days.
I suggest that management prioritize the replacement of bed linens and towels. For an establishment of this caliber, it is inappropriate to provide linens that show signs of wear and towels that have lost their quality.

The cocktail hour was a really nice perk, and we got upgraded to the fancy room which was really nice/unexpected. The grounds were beautiful.
It would be nice if there was a non-alcoholic drink option besides tea/coffee/water for the cocktail hour, having some non-alcoholic beer or wine available would probably benefit a lot of guests.

This was a highlight of our vacation. We celebrated our 49th wedding anniversary and the staff gave us a bottle of champagne, a note and some chocolate cake. Over the top! View at breakfast was like looking at a fantasy world. Loved the days we spent there. We were the only ones in the pool on our anniversary day. Loved the light jazz music that was in the background. Very easy walking to get to the restaurants we had chosen.
Nothing!

The place itself is very nice, clean, and beautiful. The room was very nice. The Wine and cheese afternoon break was a nice touch.
The rooms were too noisy, and so were many of the other guests. The tub did not work properly.
