Location and general feel of it.
Room was smaller than I expected and had very little storage for clothes etc.

Original design, exceptional signature atmosphere perfume, super kind personnel, home feeling.
Check in was a bit lame, no one to help for luggages when exiting the car. Had to negotiate when asking another room than the one originally attributed, whose only (small) window was facing a wall (!) 1 meter away 😅 But finally they were really kind and gave us a room with open views.

Conveniently located next to a metro stop. The breakfast was delicious and staff took very good care of us.
Cold showers, poorly designed bathrooms and noisy rooms. Don’t stay on the first floor as you can hear the bar. A lot of street noise also which disturbed our sleep.
