The room was pleasant. The entire hotel is pleasant. It is well-located for walking into the tourist area and enjoying that.
I had asked them to arrange a few things for my partner's birthday, and they were charging for this. In other hotels, that has not happened. Apart from that, it is a nice hotel, and we would happily come back to it.

Jackson in bar and all employees were efficient and friendly. Nice to be able to get early check in. Very clean. Great location. Hope to stay there when I visit Copenhagen again.
Room was a little dark especially on side by window.

Location is good, close to center yet not in a busy/noisy street. Easy access to hotel and a number of restaurants around
The hotel is way too dark, not enough light . Dark reception, restaurants, rooms…
