We absolutely loved this hotel and will definitely stay again! Highlights included: pool and spa facilities were great and we loved the robes. Decor throughout the hotel is stunning. Staff were friendly and helpful - we were given free early check-in which was very much appreciated! Snack bars on the landing were fun - was useful to grab a coffee and we loved the popcorn and marshmallows! Shower was incredible - my husband now wants one installed at home! Location is great - we've been to Copenhagen lots of times and this was a new neighbourhood for us to explore.
Nothing - fantastic place to stay.

Clean. Beautiful rooms. Bar at the property. Helpful staff.
No air conditioner. Bad shower with some water recycling thing. No proper door for bathroom. Heated pool not really hot. Bar overpriced. Bad location. No parking solution.
