The weather this time was not good. However we felt warm from having shuttle bus by assistance of tourists center at Hakone station, and also warm welcome to room and great dinner felt honor and also the seasonal cocktail for my husband’s birthday. We surely come and stay again for next good weather trip. Thank you.

Every aspect of our stay was fabulous! The room was wonderful. The food was fabulous. All of the staff were exceptional.

We stay tonight at the hotel. Room is very cold with private hot spring open air within the room keeping a consistency temperature of 42 degree.
Personally, I think I prefer the food set of grill fish with rice and some soup for breakfast. It’s compact and fast for the breakfast that we need to finish fast comparing to comparing to kind of dim sum. My personality opinion, actually.

Inhouse dining is good but expensive. In hindsight should’ve tried restaurants in the town.
