We stayed for 3 nights and quickly got used to the hotel and facilities - lovely pool area, indoor spa and great restaurant! Glass of cava offered at each evening meal was a lovely touch! Staff were friendly and attentive, food choices very good, lots on offer for different tastes.
There was no evening entertainment despite there being a large music room downstairs - we went in October so maybe as it was out of season no entertainment was on?

The location is great, especially the bus station right in front of the hotel, so it was easy to go to Palma, cozy atmosphere, very nice breakfast, two pools that weren't very crowded
Our air conditioner didn't work properly, so we asked the staff to fix it but it took too long and we could enjoy our cooled room only a couple of days.

Great location, with the bus to Palma stopping right in front of the hotel and running every 10 minutes. The surrounding area is lovely for walks, and the breakfast is good. Another great advantage is the easy access to the sea through the neighbouring hotel.
Communication before arrival was difficult, as the phone numbers listed online were not answered. We received an email asking us to confirm our bank card details, and I wanted to verify that the email was genuine. However, it took two days to receive a response by email. Also, towels were missing when we checked in. We stayed on the first floor, and it was a little noisy due to the street traffic.

Lovely location, Hotel good. Near to beach and restaurants
Booked a First floor balcony bungalow room. Got a ground floor bungalow room at the bottom of the complex with no real view. The room had ants on the balcony and wood lice were coming into the apartment from the garden around daily. It looked like a homeless building was at the side of the apartment also a pedestrian stairway. It was nothing like the photograph of the apartment We booked. Very disappointed.long queues at reception throughout the day only one staff working at the desk.
