We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is unbeatable — right next to the stunning Catedral-Basílica de Santa María de Mallorca. The hotel itself has a unique and beautiful atmosphere, feeling like a real castle.
Our room was very cozy, comfortable, and spacious. We also felt extremely safe throughout our stay, as access to the hotel after 15:00 is strictly restricted to key card holders, keeping non-guests out at night.
A huge special thanks to the staff — they were super friendly and went above and beyond for us. We rented a car, and they arranged to have it delivered right to the hotel doors. They also booked a taxi to the ferry for us, which arrived right at the hotel entrance strictly on time, even though it's located in the heart of the city center.
A couple of useful details for future guests: if you are driving, keep in mind that you'll need to park in a paid underground parking or near the port. Also, the buffet food felt a bit expensive with limited choices.
Overall, a beautiful, safe, and highly memorable stay. Highly recommended!

Location excellent and the unique nature of the building
Sound insulation non existent between the rooms a specially at 1:30 in the morning
Could hear people walking in the room using toilet and shower, spoiled the whole experience together with the noisiest beds which was partially fixed but not 100%
Breakfast very limited and the same every morning
