Liked the position and the sky bar
Not enough storage to put the little amount of clothes we had. No coat hangers.
Only 2x tea bags per day. No where to put used ones.
No hangers for towels to dry them if we wanted to re use them.
Staff didn’t really interact as checked in online, so was hello and goodbye 🙁

Nice room, very clean and good size. Free bottled water (still and sparkling) was a very nice touch and being replaced daily.
Breakfast was good also.
The room could do with some extras to make it feels better - tissues, biscuits for the coffee/tea etc.
Extremely noisy if you have a road facing room, which we did. The noise of buses, trucks, bin collections went on all through the night and there was no let up for noise. We managed to sleep ok, but don’t expect to sleep in!
I also appreciate breakfast has to be cleared away and finishes at 10.00am, but things were being taken away early which I thought was poor and limits people still dining who arrived towards the end of service.
Check in was easy but by no means warm.

Attentive, friendly and helpful staff! Clean room and nice rooftop! I only had the pleasure of staying one night.
The shower - water got over the floor easily

Good location, very comfortable and staff was friendly.
The room wasn’t very sound proof and a lot of noise was coming from nearby breakfast area.
Breakfast was good but with limited items.
There were no tissues in the room.
