The hotel is perfectly located to explore both the old and new town. The breakfast buffet is delicious and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful.
Our bedroom was small and dark. The bathroom was down steep concrete steps. It looked very different to the photos on the website. Disappointing.

Location
Some of the staff not all especially the one whom I dealt with while checking out very unprofessional and had to revise the bill 3 times and delayed me for more than 15 minutes and was late for my flight . Also the hotel policy regarding the usage of their beach clubs which are not family friendly at all and to make an argument before the GM agreed to make discount for us to use the beach clubs which is supposed to be free for hotel residents ! Also the shuttle service despite it’s also mentioned that it’s free the told us that we will wave it for as it cost 10 euros per person !! I thought that it was misleading information on the website .
