Very friendly. Rooms were spotless. Bed was very comfy and it reminded me of home. The location was great and had on site parking around the back. Would 10000% stay here again.

Pretty, traditional 17th century building, located near Alton Towers. Perfect for our trip!

The rooms are clean.
Dogs in the building. I know I probably should have checked this but because I have allergies, I was itching all night and the itching got worse in the morning before breakfast. I had to take antihistamine to relief the itching. Also, while I understand that they ask you to reorder your breakfast, it'd be nice if the fruits and cereals are left out for people to choose. It was kinda awkward to be asked what cereal and fruit we liked when we really can't see these. Especially fruit is a bit tricky to choose without seeing it. I would've got 2 fruits and a yoghurt but it felt awkward when I had to ask what fruit do you have?
