Beautiful location - building and rooms a delight. Parking ok but a huge public car park just behind property and only a couple of quid overnight. Rooms are huge and the mini bar the best I have seen
Food at the hotel is first class, the garden breakfast is amazing. Staff unbelievably helpful
Nothing - perfect

Professional friendly staff, large room, well appointed. Parking.
Dining room ambiance needs a look at. Wrong music and overpowering. Quite noisy at the front of the property.

Good location
The hotel put a hold on £100 although I was not planning on eating or drinking in hotel. It took 3 days after checkout to get this refunded. Not acceptable.

The ladies toilet downstairs was really dirty . No toilet rolls on two toilets ,empty rolls on the floor . Tissue paper on the floor as I walked in ,the floor had other marks on and was filthy dirty . Two bins inside the bathroom were over flowing . I took photos and reported this to the staff as so shocked . It wasn’t the staffs fault as they did not have enough staff on duty
The state of the toilets ,damp washing dumped on the stair away near our room so it smelt damp as you walked up the stairs
