The breakfasts are amazing with lots of choice, from cereal, toast, croissants, cheese and meat, and plenty of cheese and jams, and yoghurts, to choose from.
Nothing.

The location is excellent - next to Kensington gardens. Underground station is 2 minutes of walking, as well as Queensway road with loads of cafes and supermarkets. But the windows face a quiet street, it is not noisy at the room. All the basic services and facilities are good enough: very clean, the bed is comfortable, linen and towels are new and of good quality, shower is new and works without a problem. There is safe and a tea station. WiFi works fast and without interruptions.
A very basic hotel, without a hint of individuality or a distinct atmosphere. Room is not large, but quiet enough for 1-2 people for a short stay. At the room I missed having a mini-fridge. There are only 2 power outlets in the room, located above the desk. There are no outlets near the bed, which is inconvenient for charging phones. Modest continental breakfast without any hot dishes, just cereals, toasts, fruits and vegetables, cold eggs. Room for breakfast is tiny, not always possible to find a place to sit.

Location and staff are very okay
The size of the room and facilities are rather too small. It will be okay for a solo traveler
