location was excellent / clean / friendly / safe
toilet seat was wonky / I did report it - but it never changed
the pillows were a bit lumpy

Location is superb, staff always kind (but there isn’t much interaction), and I like the design very much
One point of attention: I booked the single room and it is really small, there is minor space only for a game luggage.

The accommodation was great, they also had luggage lockers available, and it was clean and pleasant.
The only minus was that room service didn't clean up on the second day, but for just two nights, it wasn't a big deal.

Only one elevator for 5 stories and a fully booked hotel
No priority to passengers
Corridors fully covered with bags containing dirty sheets. No managment by walking around
