We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in London! Although the room was quite small, it was perfectly equipped with everything we needed. It was clean, tidy, beautifully furnished, and had a lovely view through the window.
The staff were absolutely lovely, always welcoming, friendly, and happy to help with all our requests. They always greeted us with a smile and made us feel very comfortable throughout our stay. We also really appreciated being able to leave our luggage both before check-in, while our room was not yet ready, and after check-out.
Overall, we had a fantastic experience and felt very comfortable during our stay. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again!

Very nice hotel in a very nice area. In de neigbourhood there are bars, restaurants and supermarkets. Metro is only a short walk from the hotel and Hyde parc is just around the corner. Great staff, we had a couple hours delay with our flight. They arranged a key-pick up in the other hotel.
Nothing at all.

The location of the property was really to get into town. The room was excellent and very clean. I experienced everything i expected and had no faults with the hotel or the room.
There wasnt anything to complain about. It would be nice to have breakfast included however considering there is no amenities available for this its completely understandable that it isnt sn option.
