The staff were really helpful and friendly. Jimena was especially professional, friendly and knowledgeable.
Our spa treatment was almost $70 more than what was advertised because the advertised price didn't include tax and service fee - that was a bit shocking.
I think the breakfast buffet should have been included. I have traveled to almost 50 countries abs stayed in hotels that were $100/night and breakfast was included. It's hard to briefed that when you pay at over $700/night they can't afford to feed you breakfast

The property is beautiful, like living in the rainforest with views of Arenal Volcano at every turn. The staff was so friendly and knowledgeable and accommodating. There is so much to do right on the property at the adventure center. The animal sanctuary was amazing. The hot springs on the property was such a bonus. Even during the rainy season it only rained at night. Our days were perfect and packed with adventure!
The beds were very hard. We took 4 rooms and we all said the same thing. It did not make for a good night’s sleep. The food was good not great.
