The breakfast and facilities were good enough for my family to relax. I love the thermal pools with different levels of temperature. The nature cool temperature pools were good for kids and adults. Just the location is little far from San Jose. The road is narrow with caution.

Great breakfast. Lots of thermals. Great view of Arenal. Property has an excellent look out point.
Just be aware this is more of a family themed water park, less of a adult spa. Expect a lot of screaming kids running around all day. A worker was using a gas powered leave blower next to the outdoor restaurant at breakfast. Two work trucks actually crashed into one another on the hotel grounds, how they managed to do that on a 20km/h path is beyond me. Last, our room was next to a construction site for new building, so we got construction noise all day.
