Both of my kids got food poisoning right when we arrived. The lovely staff was so kind when I had to call them at midnight to come clean up puke off of our floor. :( And the women who came to clean in the morning took extra care in our space to help us with the situation. The hotel went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable.

The pool
The room was awful , the breakfast was poor for the astronomic price and the staff were not friendly or welcoming
