Beautiful location, lovely property, friendly staff.
Nothing!

This is a great quiet getaway from the more bustling city center and hot springs. Beautiful grounds with a great view of Arenal if the clouds allow. Very relaxing. Biggest breakfast was good. Restaurant meals were ok. Overall would definitely recommend it.
The lunch was so-so. And the WiFi seemed a bit tricky to connect.

The staff was very kind and friendly. Also the location is very convenient and the price was very good. The breakfast options were also good. We also liked they put out papaya near the breakfast rooms so we could watch the birds. They also gave us some good advice about what to see and where to go.
The property is much more run-down than the photos appear. The room was old, with peeling paint and overall shabby condition. It was fine for the price but since I got a special deal I would not stay there again for a higher price
