Staff was awesome, price was good considering we stayed during a chiefs game, location is great and feels safe, very clean and nice and all around would come back here when we come back.
More channels to watch football

It was a beautiful hotel. Lots to look at a great room and in a great location to everything fun downtown.
I didn’t like the non complimentary breakfast, the unloading situation could be better.

the breakfast could have been better. most places we stay provide breakfast.
the elevator was being serviced and we were on the 6th floor. for older folks it was a tough walk up to our room after breakfast. not signs on any floors that the elevator was not working. one couple on the 6th floor had been waiting for the elevator for a while and didn't know it was out of service.
didn't particularly like having to pay to park. but I think parking was at a premium down town next to the T-Mobile center.

Customer service was great at the front desk and the breakfast attendant
I had my room cleaned the first night - when I saw another cleaning person the next day I think it was Saturday I was bringing my young son over to stayh I specifically asked the cleaning lady to please clean up my suite. I came back Saturday evening with the room not cleaned. This is a no no for me part of a stay is also knowing your suite is going to be cleaned when asked they need to also have those door indicators show clean please on one side and don't disturb on the other they have don't disturb on both sides ... How does that make sense why print it.
