The hotel location is great. Views to the Sydney Harbour Bridge, very close to Barangaroo and The Rocks. There is a choice of dining venues within a minutes walk.
Due to heritage regulations, the room does not have R/C aircon and would be warm in the summer. There is a portable aircon unit.

The location of this property is second to none, it is literally on the harbour and within walking distance to so many beautiful cafes and restaurants. The staff are incredibly helpful and the rooms are full of old school charm.

Location is great, easy walking distance to everything you need . Nice roof top cocktail bar and pub onsite which is handy.
Nothing really, I thought it might be noisy as we stayed Fri/sat/sun night. Surprisingly it wasn’t noisy at all. Was a little hot in the room but we opened all the windows and got great air flow , better than the portable air con.

We liked the bed and the pillows. we like the overall feeling of this heritage building.
The roof top bar was excellent but very expensive.
The lighting was terrible. The creaking floor was horrible. We could even hear our neighbours floor creaking above.
