Staff were friendly and helpful.
Great Location - close to the rocks districts for exploring, short walk to circular quay for access to Ferries and close to shops for supplies
Beds and pillows were too soft making sleeping difficult.
Very noisy location - could hear sirens, cars and people yelling outside all night
It was not mentioned when we booked that they don't serve breakfast that was included at the hotel we had to walk over to another hotel for breakfast.
Unable to connect to the chromecast in room and no one was able to help us with this.

The room was quite spacious, with a large kitchen. The location was also great for where I needed, close to transport options, Circular Quay and plenty of options for dinners nearby.

The location is exceptional. Within walking distance of The Rocks,, and the city. Wynyard station is a few minutes away. The apartment was very spacious, the bed was very comfortable. The staff were very helpful and friendly.
While the bed itself was comfortable, oddly, the sheets were small for the bed, and therefore didn't tuck in well. So through the night, they became untucked and uncomfortable. The equipment in the kitchen was very limited. I was by myself, but if there were 2 of us, there wouldn't be even enough plates.
I was fortunate to have a room with a small balcony, but the view was limited and I only saw the top of another building.
