Exceptionally friendly staff, rooms are well appointed but fairly compact so not idea for long stays. We had a room on the entry level but if on higher floor this could be an issue as no lifts. The hotel is well positioned only minutes from circular quay and with many pubs, cafes and restaurants near by.
