Staff were exceptionally lovely. Check-in and check-out was made easy. They were friendly, professional and helpful. The location was fabulous. Short stroll to the rocks and the harbour. Our room was comfortable and quiet. I felt safe and enjoyed good sleep, hot showers and a cup of tea.
The facade and reception and very fancy but our apartment was disappointingly not. Very tired looking. Just none of the fancy extras in our room that I would want from a boutique hotel. A coffee pod machine, lush linen, crockery and upgraded floor coverings and drapes would bring this apartment into another level. Although we didn't cook, the kitchen was very basic with drawers that didn't shut properly, no dishwasher and the most basic of crockery, cutlery, etc. just felt the photos didn't deliver on what the room was truly like.

The staff are delightful. Every one we dealt with was just so lovely. Professional, polite and extremely helpful. The location is truly fabulous. The entrance foyer is welcoming and modern. The room was spotlessly clean. Close proximity to validated car parking was great.
The room was tired and in need of refurbishing. Water damage on the skirting board outside the bathroom which badly needed replacing and repainting looked pretty disgusting. The carpet is very old and needs replacing. The fridge door looked like it had been in a bar fight. And lost. No sheers on the window so we had to keep the dark block-out curtains closed all the time as we were level with the walkway and heavy foot traffic prohibited any privacy.
