Clean and great housekeeping services.
Room was too warm, thermostat was turned down as low as it was allowed. TV volume would not turn up loud enough to hear.

Perfect location- subway and ferry was just across the street. Can easily walk around the fidi district to eat, shop and visit spots. Room was spacious, bathroom has a nice layout, shower had perfect pressure. Happy with the availability of laundry machines, free water and ice machines.
No bidet but that’s understandable in US. Construction in front of the building but I know that it’s not the property’s fault.

Location was excellent, staff were reasonably good view was obstructed somewhat and although we were pretty high up it was quite noisy with traffic.
I expected a much larger room. The breakfast although freshly prepared and paid for in advance was disappointing.
