Location was amazing! Views were gorgeous! Hotel was clean, beautifully decorated, and the included breakfast was fantastic! Will definitely be back!

Loved the location, the comfortable beds, and the friendly staff. They even had umbrellas for us when it rained one day. It’s so close to the subway and the mall, making it incredibly convenient. We would definitely stay here again. Rooms are also clean and the room service was great.
The room was dark and only had side lights by the bed, a light under the tv, and one in the hallway, which didn’t extend light into the room. Also, we wish they had coffee brewing in the lobby. The cafe downstairs had friendly staff, but only one guy seemed to know what he was doing so it was incredibly slow. We tried having breakfast there, but after thirty minutes of waiting, our waitress never returned, so we gave up.

The room is listed on the website as having a "city view," but in reality, there is only a small, high-set window; you can see the city only if you look from a specific, awkward angle and really strain to see it. The room itself and its furnishings are outdated.
The highlight: Breakfast was a letdown. It was very limited, and there was a complete lack of balance between the number of hotel guests, the dining capacity at any given time, and the size of the staff in the café. It was overcrowded and slow—it simply took away any desire to go to breakfast.
