Everything was clean, great location, comfortable and staff were nice
The elevators are really slow… we waited about 30min one morning for one and was very tempted to walk down 29 floors.

Location was great and the hotel staff was friendly. Room was big compared to NY standards and it was very clean. People complain about elevators but it's not really that bad tbh
It could be cheaper

The welcoming and care the staff and environment that was shown to me during my stay!

Comfortable bed and good size room. The room was quiet and pleasant.
The only minus was cigarettes' smell in the hallway and long waiting time for a lift around check-in and -out times.
