Modern & fresh room, great location nearby WTC memorials. Nice coffee & grocery shops nearby. Underground stop Uptown right infront of hotel. Short walk to wall st, Whitehall for Staten idland ferry....

The room was just like on the photo. I really liked the wooden floors was very clean feels to it and hotel seemed newer and renovate recently.
Distance from the next guest room is so close and can hear noise from hallway sounds.

Few of us sat in the back, in the lobby behind elevators chit chatting and the staff mentioned that it is closed. We just needed a bigger table to sit for 6 of us and we sat there. That area wasn't being used for anything at that time, it was around 9 or 10pm. The staff at the coffee bar in the morning wasn't always present. Also, I expected americano that I ordered from an espresso machine, not from the same type of machine that I could get it from near the vending machine.
