Great location close close to 911 memorial, Wall Street, Brooklyn Bridge and surrounded by excellent shops, bars and restaurants. Close to several subway stations for easy access to uptown.
Had to ask to have clean towels and the bins emptied on 2 of the days but they were done as soon as I asked.

Amazing views of the memorial fountains from our window, great location (quiet but accessible), good staff, free filtered water
It's NYC so the cost is extremely high and the room tiny but that is the price you pay to experience it.

The room and the bed were better than in other CQ . The staff girl at night was very nice and caring . I love the coffee/tea station they have
The staff member I dealt with on the day I checked out was not very nice. On one of the nights, housekeeping hadn't cleaned my room, so I called them at almost 11 p.m. and asked them to prepare the room.

Convenient location.
Low floor, asked for a higher floor.
Additional bed and bedding not in room despite asking at booking.
Kitchenette in room really nice - except there's hardly any kitchenware to use.
