Built in 2026, this 51 m² apartment offers everything you need for a relaxing stay on the Baltic Sea. Large windows let plenty of light flood the interior, natural wood elements add warmth, and the tasteful furnishings immediately make you want to settle in and get comfortable.
MODERN LIVING WITH A FEEL-GOOD FACTOR
The open living area is bright, welcoming, and exceptionally cozy. The cozy sofa invites you to lean back after a long walk on the beach, while the dining area, with its combination of wood and modern accents, offers a lovely spot for shared meals.
The high-quality furnishings feature natural materials and warm colors. Added to this is the convenience of a 4K UHD smart TV with Telekom Magenta TV and RTL+, as well as Wi-Fi. Underfloor heating ensures pleasant warmth.

The separate kitchen is modern and fully equipped. A ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle are all provided.
