NEW: Box-spring hotel beds 2026 | This particularly charming 2-room apartment (50 sqm) with its own sauna and a complimentary beach chair at the nearby Baltic Sea beach near the new Grömitzer Dünenpark (approx. 400 meters and easily accessible on foot) is a perfect vacation home for all guests who appreciate relaxation in a well-maintained setting with plenty of peace and quiet.

Deluxe-Vacation Complex in an ideal location for beach lovers

Spend your vacation in this very sunny and inviting vacation apartment (wellness sauna, heated floors, etc.) with all the comforts you could want—no compromises (private carport and just 400 meters from the beach and the new Dünenpark area).
This beautiful 2-room apartment is located on the first floor, accessible by stairs, and features a separate kitchen (ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, etc.).
The living/dining area (with a flat-screen TV, stereo system, and free internet access) is furnished with light-colored, modern furniture. From there, you can step out onto the south-facing rooftop terrace (2 lounge chairs, patio furniture, and a parasol).
The bedroom is furnished with a box-spring double bed, a closet, and a flat-screen TV. The bedroom also opens directly onto the balcony terrace, allowing you to start your day with invigorating morning sun.
The bathroom features a spa shower, a bathtub, and a sauna. A washing machine is also available there.
The storage room contains, among other things, a vacuum cleaner, an ironing board, an iron, and a clothes drying rack.
All rooms are heated by underfloor heating.
The windows can be darkened with electric blinds.
Bicycles can be stored in the locked bike shed.
There is a carport and a private parking space in front of the house for your car.
We’ve also made arrangements for our youngest guests. Upon request, a crib and a high chair are gladly provided.
A free beach chair is available for the apartment at the nearby Baltic Sea beach. (Summer season)
Bathrobes, bed linens, and towels are included in the price.

Freundlich, helle Wohnung mit allen, was man braucht.
Steile Treppe und der Weg zum Meer ( weiter als 400 m) sollten genannt werden für Menschen, die nicht so mobil sind :-)
