Spend your vacation in this very sunny and welcoming vacation apartment (wellness sauna, heated floors, etc.) with every comfort and no compromises (carport and just 400 meters from the beach + the new Grömitz Dune Park).
This beautiful 3-room apartment for 2–4 people with a private entrance is located on the first floor and features a fully equipped, comfortable kitchen integrated into the living/dining area (ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, etc.).
The hallway leads to the sun-drenched living and dining room (with a flat-screen TV, stereo system, and free Internet access). The comfortable living area is furnished with light-colored, modern furniture. From there, you can step out onto the spacious south-facing terrace (2 lounge chairs, patio furniture, umbrella).
Both bedrooms are equipped with a box-spring double bed, a closet, and a flat-screen TV. The second bedroom opens directly onto the 15-square-meter terrace, allowing you to start your day with the invigorating Baltic Sea sun.
The bathroom is located between the two bedrooms. It features a walk-in wellness shower and a sauna. A washing machine is also available.
All windows can be darkened with electric blinds.
The storage room contains a vacuum cleaner, an ironing board, an iron, and a clothes rack.
Bicycles can be stored in the locked bike shed.
There is a carport parking space right in front of the house.
We’ve also got you covered for our little guests: upon request, we’re happy to provide a crib and a high chair, among other items.
All rooms are heated by underfloor heating.
A free beach chair is available for your use during your stay. (Summer season)
Bathrobes, bed linens, and towels are included in the price.
