About this house rental
Bed linens and towels can be booked in advance for an additional fee. The visitor’s tax is not included in the rental price and will be listed in the booking confirmation from Böbs Appartements. Full payment must be made in advance via bank transfer; for bookings made up to 4 days before arrival, please also send a screenshot via email or WhatsApp.

Arrive, take a deep breath, and enjoy the fresh Baltic Sea air: In a quiet location in Niendorf on the Baltic Sea, the charming “Ferienhaus Berger” welcomes you with plenty of space to feel at home and relax. With approximately 100 m² of living space, this lovingly furnished vacation home accommodates up to 6 people—perfect for families, friends, or a getaway by the sea.
The idyllic Niendorf harbor, with its cozy cafés, restaurants serving freshly caught fish, and lively promenade, is just a 10-minute walk away. Here you can enjoy the seaside atmosphere, the cries of the seagulls, and breathtaking sunsets right on the Baltic Sea.
Amenities
As soon as you enter the house, you’ll be greeted by a bright and welcoming living and dining area with a large sofa corner and TV —the perfect place for social evenings, shared meals, or relaxing after a day at the beach.
From the living room, you have direct access to the furnished terrace with a sunny southwest-facing location. Wind down the day with a glass of wine in the evening sun and enjoy the peace and quiet and the fresh sea air.
The separate kitchen is modern and fully equipped, offering everything you need for cozy evenings spent cooking—including an oven, microwave, and dishwasher.
The first floor also features a cozy bedroom with a double bed and a modern bathroom with a shower.
Upstairs, you’ll find two more lovingly furnished bedrooms. The spacious master bedroom features a comfortable double bed, an additional TV, and a small sitting area with leather armchairs—ideal for quiet moments with a good book or a cup of coffee in the morning.
The third bedroom is furnished with two single beds, a closet, and a dresser, making it perfect for children, friends, or other guests.
Special Features
To ensure you stay well-connected even while on vacation, free Wi-Fi is available.
For added convenience, there is a coin-operated washing machine in the house that can be used for a fee.
There are also two permanent outdoor parking spaces available right next to the vacation home.
Upon arrival, you’ll find a small starter kit with paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, a sponge, a dishcloth, and dishwasher tablets—so your vacation on the Baltic Sea can get off to a completely relaxed start.
