The Hampton House is perfectly located just 200 meters from the beach and very close to the quaint Niendorf Harbor with its lively atmosphere and the most delicious fish sandwiches far and wide. Right in the neighborhood, you’ll find everything a vacationer could want—from restaurants and cafés to a newsstand and a coffee roastery, bike rentals and an adventure playground, boat tours, and an open-air summer movie theater on the beach. Fresh rolls for breakfast are available at the bakery just around the corner.
An exclusive semi-detached house awaits you, offering 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms across over 100 square meters of living space, providing ample room for 4–6 people to enjoy a relaxing Baltic Sea vacation near the beach. Sunny rooms and the extremely high-quality Hampton-style furnishings guarantee a high standard of living in a wonderful atmosphere. On the first floor, you’ll find a spacious living area furnished with a comfortable sofa, armchairs, and a TV. The south-facing wooden sun terrace out front is equipped with an XL lounge set, patio furniture, and an electric awning.
The spacious built-in kitchen is fully equipped and invites you to cook together. The adjoining dining area, with a large dining table and cozy armchairs, offers plenty of space for shared meals and social gatherings. The entryway features a coat closet and a nearly new bathroom with natural light, complete with a shower, sink, and toilet. The washer and dryer are housed in a separate storage room, also on the first floor. Upstairs, there are two separate bedrooms (one with an additional desk for a home office), furnished with high-quality box-spring beds (180x200), wardrobes, and TVs. The third room is designed as an additional living area with a high-quality sleeper sofa and a closet and can be used either as a cozy retreat or as an extra bedroom.[nbsp] The second, nearly new bathroom is very spacious, featuring a bathtub, shower, sink, toilet, underfloor heating, and a window; it is also located on the upper floor. All windows in the house are equipped with electric exterior blinds. Wi-Fi is, of course, available free of charge. There are two parking spaces in front of the house (1 carport and 1 outdoor parking space). 2–3 bicycles can be stored safely and dry in the shed next to the house.
