About this house rental
The fully renovated and luxuriously furnished “Schiffbek” vacation home is located in a quiet area within the Niendorf/Baltic Sea vacation home district, right in the middle of a nature reserve. The Baltic Sea, the beach, the promenade, and the quaint Niendorf yacht and fishing harbor are all just a few minutes’ walk away. In addition to freshly caught fish and the most delicious fish sandwiches, there are also various restaurants and cafés, as well as a bakery, a bike rental shop, and an adventure playground.
Spanning 100 square meters, the vacation home offers every comfort for 6 people to enjoy a wonderful vacation. The heart of the home is the spacious living-dining area with floor-to-ceiling windows and a beautiful view of the expansive garden. Bright rooms and modern amenities—such as a TV, Bluetooth speakers, a radio, and Wi-Fi—create a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The front sun terrace faces southwest and offers plenty of space for cozy get-togethers. An electric awning, sun loungers, and patio furniture are provided. There are two bedrooms with double beds—one of which has an additional TV—and another with a bunk bed. All windows are equipped with exterior blinds. Two modern shower rooms and a small, separate kitchen—which is functional and well-equipped—are available.
The 700-square-meter property is fully fenced. There is a sandbox for our younger guests. Two parking spaces and a bike shed for dry and secure storage of bicycles are located on the property.
