Welcome to “Krabbe 1”—your stylish vacation home just a few minutes’ walk from the Baltic Sea, the beautiful beach, and the idyllic Niendorf Harbor. Here, you’ll enjoy the perfect combination of peace and quiet, comfort, and a prime location.
Krabbenweg is a private cul-de-sac reserved exclusively for residents and guests. This ensures a pleasantly quiet and relaxed stay—yet you’re still just a few minutes away from the heart of the action and right on the Baltic Sea beach.
When furnishing “Krabbe 1,” special emphasis was placed on high-quality, modern amenities as well as comfort and coziness. All rooms are spacious, flooded with natural light, and decorated in warm, bright colors.
On the first floor, you’ll find the spacious living area with an open layout leading to the modern kitchen, a hallway, and the modern bathroom with a shower, toilet, and urinal.
The high-quality kitchen leaves nothing to be desired and invites you to cook and enjoy meals together.
An elegant granite staircase leads you to the upper floor.
There you’ll find an open-concept hallway gallery with a cozy seating area, two bedrooms, and an additional toilet with a sink.
We’re happy to provide a crib, high chairs, and stair gates free of charge.
The spacious master bedroom impresses with its striking gable-window front, open-concept design extending all the way to the roof, and an additional south-facing window that fills the room with light. A small yellow leather couch, table, armchair, and a second TV provide extra comfort and a special feel-good atmosphere.
The terrace, with its cozy seating area and lounge chairs in the garden, invites you to relax, sunbathe, and enjoy convivial barbecue evenings on balmy summer nights.
Two free parking spaces are also available on the property for the duration of your stay.
