This 3-room Timmendorfer Strand vacation rental is situated in a prime location right on the spa promenade of Timmendorfer Strand. Behind the famous pedestrian and shopping promenade, nestled in a green, landscaped atrium, you can enjoy a pleasant sense of tranquility here—and all just a few steps away from the fine-sand Baltic Sea beach. A quick trip to the bakery in the morning, a day at the beach, or a leisurely stroll through the small boutiques and cafés—from here, you can easily reach everything on foot and enjoy your vacation without any hustle and bustle.
Amenities
You can reach this bright and light-filled dream home right in the heart of the Baltic Sea resort via a staircase from the promenade side—there is no elevator. It spans two levels and, with its well-thought-out layout, offers the ideal retreat for up to four people. On the lower living level, you’ll find an open-concept living and dining area with a cozy sofa nook and a modern kitchenette equipped with, among other things, a refrigerator, dishwasher, a drip coffee maker, and an additional Nespresso capsule machine—a place where shared breakfasts, game nights, or a glass of wine after a walk on the beach are especially enjoyable.
The first bedroom is also located on this level and is equipped with a high-quality box-spring bed (180 x 200 cm, full-length mattress), a wardrobe, and an additional TV. The modern bathroom features a shower, toilet, and a convenient washer-dryer.
A space-saving staircase leads you to the upper living level. Here you’ll find the second bedroom with another comfortable box-spring bed (180 x 200 cm, full-length mattress) and an additional TV—ideal for families or friends traveling together who still appreciate having their own private space.
The sunny, southeast-facing terrace, with its cozy seating area and beach chair, invites you to start the day in a relaxed manner or enjoy the fresh Baltic Sea air after an eventful day of vacation.
Whether it’s a spontaneous dip in the sea, a stroll along the boardwalk, or a quiet evening on the terrace—the Black Pearl combines the lively atmosphere of Timmendorfer Strand with a pleasant retreat and offers the perfect conditions for a thoroughly relaxing Baltic Sea vacation.

Bed linens are already included in the rental price, so you have one less thing to worry about. During the season from May 1 to September 15, you’ll also have your own beach chair available on the beach—perfect for relaxing moments with a view of the Baltic Sea.

There is an elevator in the building, and a washing machine and dryer (coin-operated) are available in the basement.
An underground parking space is reserved for your car (entry height approx. 1.90 m).
A bike storage room is also available. (We cannot guarantee space for your bicycles)
This is a non-smoking apartment; please no pets.
