Really nice, and hope to stay again in the future.

The communication from the host was first-rate. There was a last minute change of apartment, but this was all handled extremely well and without any inconvenience to me. The apartment was perfect for a three-day conference. The facilities were great for getting on with work, and the location was perfect for the Liverpool Experience Centre.

Rubbish

The beds were very clean and comfortable

Firstly the lifts were out of order and we hadn’t been forewarned about this. One of the party have mobility issues so this was a struggle we had no notice of. The blinds in the bedroom were broken and fixed down. The chains were on the floor. The flat was surface cleaned but the dishwasher was full of filthy pots so we had nothing to use and also not even a tiny welcome pack of miniatures so we could wash up. The main point was that we had no hot water or heating. As a result of this very basic and disappointing stay we had to use my daughters university accommodation which was much better. A very basic place to stay in a good location, we did get a partial refund but really should have had it all back as hot water and a non freezing flat really should be a basic human right. Never again.

Location, location, location.... it's a good location!

I was at the Labour Party Conference... honestly, you couldn't have got closer, I came out of an exit, turned the corner.. and there it was.. unreal!

Filthy! Avoid!

Pics online were impressive but Not impressed once we got inside it!!

It was dirty, clearly had not been cleaned but beds had been changed as the dirty bedding had been left on the landing outside the door to apartment! Couldnt open blinds as the pulley was missing. There was Hair, mould and dirt in the fridge and freezer The remainder of some food in the oven which was dirty and shockingly excrement on the outside and around the toilet bowl, 3 bars of used soap sat around bathroom, scum on and around sink, the floors clearly hadn’t been vacuumed or washed! Totally unacceptable to walk in and find it in such poor condition! Spoke to on site representative who told us it’s usually younger people stags/hen who don’t look in ovens!! Also the fact a part of city was affected by Labour conference and cleaning crew had limited time to clean!! Absolutely ridiculous excuses ! Tbh he didn’t seem too bothered by what we found which was worrying, the least anyone can expect is a clean apartment with nobodies food or bodily functions left to be found! It is basic hygiene at the end of the day! We had been told 2.5 hours before arrival the lift had broken and offered a refund but I explained we were on our way and with conference on there was no other accommodation that could be got so late in the day, so she said there’s 2 flights of stairs, but in fact there’s 4! My friend has mobility issues which made it more difficult I had to contact the company to try resolve this issue, nobody had contacted us yet they’d seen the photos i had sent! I did get a partial refund! But we couldn’t even use a fork as we felt it was so grubby!!
