Great location, ok if it has been cleaned

Excellent location and comfortable beds. Bedding and towels were clean and apart from the floors, bathrooms were clean.

It needs a really good clean and hoover. Having read a few recent reviews about the dust and dirt, i expected it to have been cleaned up. The mould in the bathroom has gone and but the dust around the skirting and edges, on lamps etc is terrible and really puts you off. Carpets needed a hoover desperately. Still neither lamps had bulbs and the fans are thick with dust. Good news ... One teaspoon has been provided. Shame because for need of a good clean, I would rate excellent value for money and fantastic location

Amazing location , lovely apartment

Very central, quiet at night, however easy walking distance to central Liverpool

3 / 10

Disappointing

Key collection no probs and good location

4th floor and lift out of order for entire duration (not fun with bags), booked for 5 people and only cutlery/crockery for 4 (only 2 forks and spoons!), thick with dust in places and not very clean, blind missing in lounge (so not good as bedroom) no arrangement with car park and just local options, main entrance door to building open to all so some security concerns, 1hr lead time for hot water and odd boiler process, stuffy and need all windows open in warm weather to keep cool.

Great property - just needs some tlc

Great location and beautiful views of the city. Would be best suited to visitors attending an event or a short stay Generally clean Nice fresh towels and linen If you stay, make sure to use the cheap carpark as it is right next to the place you collect your key. Staff in there are lovely

Hot water was an issue with 3 kids, one being a teenager and another a toddler. Even though I looked at the video provided, I still struggled to get enough hot water per day for all of us to shower. Lack of cutlery - no teaspoons to stir my cuppa Blinds broken and no bulb in the lamp. Which is a bit strange as I've seen other reviews mention this.
