Double view aspect from the living room which gave it so much light
Very comfortable and very clean
The hosts were exceptionally supportive and provided wonderful videos to enable us to access the apartment . Nothing was too much trouble. Perfect

The location of this property is great. It's located right next to the arena, but it is still a nice and quiet area at night. The beds in the property are comfortable.
There were a number of issues arising with this property unfortunately. The hosts were friendly and easy to communicate with in resolving matters, however some of the issues included:
- The lift in this block broke down twice, meaning that we needed to carry luggage up and down to the 4th floor. The lift itself seems very temperamental, as even when it was repaired on the first occasion another resident in the block reported having become stuck in the lift. So this is probably not an ideal property if you have any accessibility needs.
- Bed linen was stained, marks on the carpet, property needed a deep and thorough clean. The bed linen really needs replacing.
- Hot water boost didn't work properly initially, meaning that one of my party ended up taking a cold shower.
- The sofa bed only has a sheet and is lacking a proper duvet, which was sufficient for us but would probably be an issue in the winter months.
- The property doesn't have any clothes hooks anywhere at all, either in the bathroom, hallway or bedrooms which is a bit odd as nowhere to hang anything.
- The speakers on the TV seem a bit damaged as sound quality is not that great.
