Fab . Will come again

Apartment was lovely. Clean, modern, shower was lovely! Enough space for us 4 girls . Heating in one bedroom worked well. Great location, a few minutes walk from Albert docks .

Only niggles: needed more pillows . Missing one blind from the lounge window. Had to ask for washing up liquid . Needed a cleaning cloth or sponge as there was nothing to wash up with.

Great location

Very near the arena

Got a parking ticket, this was not well sign posted, only 3 chairs in a room for 4. No mirrors in 2nd bathroom

Great - just needs better on collection

Communication on how to get the keys and where from - we were lucky to bump into someone because the phone line wasn't working!

Could have been cleaner, but overall a great stay for 24 hours in Liverpool

This is my second time staying with Happy Days, and like before the check in service was easy and quick and we managed to get out of the storm and into our apartment within two minutes of arriving at the property. This time my room had a working tv, which I appreciated, and I especially liked how near the venue of our concert that this property was. Bed was comfortable. Toilets were tidy. Kitchen was even stocked with some tea and coffee, some sugar and sachets of milk, too.

The walls of the room I stayed in were absolutely filthy. There were scratches on the walls and what looked like mud streaks on it too.

Great location for the exhibition centre. Large main bathroom.

Cleanliness. Sofa bed in the living room was not a proper bed. Limited utensils in the kitchen- no knife for cutting anything up. Blinds were missing in the living room area so we had to hand towels up. Pillows were awful- requested more but didn’t receive any. Was told a cleaner comes at 11am but no cleaner came.
