Haus am Park is one of the most historic, sophisticated, and beautiful buildings in Kühlungsborn and is one of the town’s top addresses. It’s right next to Balticplatz with its wide beaches and the Balticpark.

The nearest beach access is about 50 meters away.

Within walking distance, you’ll find numerous shops, restaurants, bakeries, a Lidl, the Kunsthalle, a surfing and sailing school, and the Konzertgarten-West.

Take the elevator to the first floor of the building, which will take you directly to your apartment, No. 25.

The apartment measures 46 m² and accommodates 2–3 people. It is divided into a living/dining area with a kitchen and balcony, a bedroom, and a bathroom.

The heart of the apartment is the living-dining area with its adjoining large balcony and fantastic side views of the sea and the park. Here you can enjoy breakfast in the sunshine and a sea breeze, or head straight to the beach before breakfast in the bathrobe you brought with you.

The comfortable couch in the living room can be used as a sleeping area for one additional person.

The well-equipped kitchenette is perfect for cooking and dining together and features a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, an oven, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and plenty of kitchen utensils.

In the cozy bedroom, you’ll find a box-spring bed, a wardrobe, a dresser, a mirror, two nightstands, a rocking chair, and another TV.

On cold days, a fireplace (with remote control) invites you to enjoy cozy moments. Free Wi-Fi is also available. You can access the balcony from both the living room and the bedroom.

You can store your beach gear in the storage room that belongs to the apartment.

For a small fee, our guests can use the washing machine and dryer in the building’s basement. You can store bicycles you’ve brought with you or rented in the building’s bicycle storage room. .

The “Haus am Park” apartment building combines the charm of the 1920s with modern design, located right next to the beach. It is one of the most impressive buildings in the center of Kühlungsborn-West. The former Parkhotel is located right next to the wide, fine-sand beach and is just a 2-minute walk away. A magnificent foyer adorns the entrance to the building and impressively reflects the charm of the turn of the century. At Haus am Park, you’ll find an elevator, a bicycle storage room, and coin-operated washers and dryers.

Some vacation apartments come with an outdoor parking space, while others include an underground parking space for standard vehicles without sports modifications (lowered suspension, spoilers, low-profile tires). Each is equipped with a bathroom with a shower, a fully equipped kitchenette, and a living and dining area with cable TV. Wi-Fi is provided free of charge.
