Amazing stay at May de Ville Lumiere! Family with teen and young adult. Great breakfast and helpful and friendly staff. Highly recommend this hotel in Hanoi’s Old Quarter.

Overall really good accomodation. Clean rooms, good beds, bathroom looks newly upgraded, friendly and helpful staff.
The view from the room was as good as it can be in Hanoi. A lot of run down buildings in close proximity of the hotel, with streets flourishing with life both day and night.
During breakfast one of the staff members came with a QR code, asking us to give a review. Told the manager afterwards that this is not wanted by guests, and that they rather could put the QR code on a sign outside of the breakfast hall. They were also a bit quick with preparing our table for other guests while we were getting more to eat. This was also given as feedback to the manager.
This is a small gem amongst a lot of questionable hotels.
