Nice modern room with a balcony. Perfect location for wandering the Old Quarter. Lovely staff too, they helped me book a day tour to Ninh Binh.

The hotel is a bit old, and the rooms have no windows, which can feel a little claustrophobic. The bathroom is also quite dated. However, the location is excellent, with plenty of restaurants nearby. The staff were very friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay.

Location is fantastic.
Definitely needs some work. Paint in the room would make it much more appealing. No window in our room. TV did not work and no one was sent to rectify after I notified the front desk.
