Location could not be better, fantastically helpful and thoughtfully attentive staff, more than adequate breakfast service, great shower pressure and water temperature, room temperature and aircon worked well, very quiet for good sleeps, the bedside lights are handy, pleasant ground floor reception area with good aircon whilst waiting for rides. This was my second stay and it was just as good as my first stay. I look foward to my third stay. OH! I also had a good foot massage on the top floor which was a lovely treat.
Basically there was nothing I did'nt like: The wifi in my room was mostly very strong. One time it was a bit weak, but I notified the staff and they quickly rebooted my wifi for me, making it strong again. My room only had a window facing the inner atrium. At first this felt weird, but then it was fine. After all, I was not staying in the hotel to sit in my room 24/7. No problem at all and the inner atrium has an installation of colourful lanterns which is very nice to look at. On the weekends, like many hotels in this area, when the Old Quarters are shut down for night market the taxi could not drop me directly at my hotel. However, the staff promptly met at the drop off point and the walk is super short. Too easy. Nothing is a problem. 10/10 THANK YOU, ORIENTAL SUITES!
