Great location and family friendly
Nothing of note
7 / 10Good·Oct 2026
Location was perfect for experiencing Hanoi by foot.
Pool was underwhelming and not very clean. Construction being carried out at the hotel directly outside our bedroom windows, workers literally a lane of glass away at 7.30am. Jack hammers and power tools all day. There was no indication of this prior to arriving. Terrible communication
9 / 10Outstanding·Oct 2026
Situated in the Old Quarter and right in the middle of the hustle and bustle of life here, it was an incredible place to stay. The room has been renovated and was clean and comfortable. The staff were amazing - nothing was a problem. They even accommodated an early tour start by making us a breakfast to go. Organised our laundry to be done in less than 24 hours at super cheap prices. Buffet breakfast had lots of options to suit everyone.
There was a pub across the street that we could hear music until midnight, although a dull thud due to the double glazed windows (but having the balcony to step out and experience the lights, smells, busyness and sounds of the area was worth this very small inconvenience).
