About this apartment rental
Bed linens and towels can be booked in advance for an additional fee. The visitor’s tax is not included in the rental price and will be listed in the booking confirmation from Böbs Appartements. Full payment must be made in advance via bank transfer; for bookings made up to 4 days before arrival, please also send a screenshot via email or WhatsApp.
Location
The Westside vacation apartment is located at Kurpromenade 12, right on Timmendorfer Strand’s popular promenade! Here you’ll be staying right in the heart of town; below the building is the shopping district with many well-known fashion stores and small boutiques. The many charming cafés, bars, and restaurants are within walking distance.
The well-known Gosch Sylt restaurant is right next door. Café Wichtig is also just a few steps away. A bakery and an Edeka supermarket are within a 1-minute walk. The beach begins right behind the boardwalk. It’s about 100 meters from the apartment to the beach.

The Timmendorfer Strand vacation rental features a spacious 2-roomapartment on the 3rd floor that accommodates up to 4 people. The large living room features a leather sofa set, a double sleeper sofa, a flat-screen TV, a stereo system, a cozy dining area, and a separate built-in kitchen equipped with an induction cooktop and a dishwasher. A Senseo coffee maker is also available.
The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed (180x200 cm); there is also a second TV and a large closet in this room. This vacation home features a bathroom with a shower, as well as a washer and dryer for your exclusive use. There is also a guest restroom.
The Timmendorfer Strand vacation rental has two balconies; one opens off the living room, faces east, and offers a partial ocean view (depending on the season). The second balcony is located off the bedroom and faces the atrium on the sunny side (west). Here you can enjoy the sun in peace and quiet and wind down the day in a relaxed manner.

An underground parking space for your car is included in the rental price (entrance height approx. 1.90 m). A bicycle storage room is available. (We cannot guarantee space for your bicycles.)
