With its central location near the beach, this Timmendorfer Strand vacation rental offers you an ideal base for all kinds of excursions. The beautiful Baltic Sea beach is only about 270 meters away and can be reached in just a few minutes on foot.
The center of Timmendorfer Strand and the adjacent promenade, with its many restaurants and cafés, are just a stone’s throw away—about a 100-meter walk. The Famila supermarket, the beverage store, and Aldi are also the same distance away.

There is also a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer available for shared use.
The windows in every room are equipped with fly screens and insect-proof doors.
Wi-Fi internet access is included in the apartment. An initial supply of bed linens is also included. You can park your bicycles in the bike racks on the outdoor grounds. An outdoor parking space is available for the apartment behind the building.
The building has an elevator. This is a non-smoking apartment; your dog is welcome here upon prior notice.
