From the upper floors, you can enjoy a fantastic view of the Baltic Sea and the hinterland of Timmendorfer Strand. The beautiful Baltic Sea beach is approximately 600 meters away—it takes about 5–8 minutes to walk there. The shopping centers are about a 5-minute drive away.
